We are excited to have the A. W. Perry Homestead Museum as a new participant in this year’s DFW Archives Bazaar!
The A.W. Perry Homestead Museum, operated by the Carrollton, TX – City Government, offers a glimpse of life as it was in north central Texas at the turn of the 20th Century. A.W. and Sarah Perry were pioneer homesteaders of the Peters Colony who came to Carrollton in 1844. The Museum preserves significant artifacts and memorabilia representative of pioneer home life and community development in the Carrollton area during the period from 1890 to 1910.
Talk with them about the work they do at the 2019 DFW Archives Bazaar on November 2, from 1-5pm at Greater Denton Arts Council Patterson-Appleton Arts Center in Denton, TX.
